Develop agric, health sector instead of building mosques

EMIR of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi ll has enjoined northern leaders to introduce social policies that would checkmate procreation and or marrying too many wives and bearing of many children without enough resources to train them, resulting to demographic explosion.

Sanusi, former Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, governor, also advised northern leaders to invest in healthcare, agriculture and road construction, instead of building mosques.

As a muslim i strongly agree to this. We abuse polygamy for our selfish interests abandoning the reasons for it and the rules governed by it. If Allah has blessed you with enough wealth to take care of a large family then go ahead but if not then youre only incurring suffering on yourself and your family and Allah will definitely hold you accountable for this. Islam does not need reforms, what we need is to educate muslims and others about what islam truly preaches because what a lot of "muslims" are doing is far from it.
