A single idea can change your story…

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) will start disbursing SMEs fund in March, hope you know. The fund is set aside for unemployed graduates start their own businesses. But you must have a business plan in place.

The aim of the fund is to creates jobs as part of President Buhari's administration objectives. Some of you will say ‘na so dem they talk, all na propaganda’; please this is true and real. Most times, people that should access the funds don’t meet prerequisite which majorly centered around your business plan.

How can you put your ideas into action if there’s no plan? How will you be able to convince investors to fund your ideas, business if you cannot put it in writing? If you want a consultant to write a business plan for you, even a rookie business consultant will charge you 100k. Why do you have to put yourself on toes? You can learn how to write it because you will need many in your lifetime.

Getting a job can not liberate you, but your ideas can turn you to a millionaire. Who knows what you’re thinking? You’re the best at what you think daily.

I want go invite you to a seminar on how to write a wining business proposal with specific focus on CBN style, prerequisite with how to complete financial forecast segment.

Note this: You use money to pursue money. After the training, I will personally mentor you till you complete your first business plan.

If you have an idea dubbed into business plan, and you want to raise funds….I am here for you.

I know you are there! Also, the fact that you are right doesn't make the CBN requirement for it wrong. Empirically, there is high probability that a business without plan will fail. Then again, businesses differ in scale. There are businesses you can't do without business plan and there are some it is important. That aside, business plan really means putting your ideas in perspective. You may be thinking about something, it will become different when you start writing it. Ideas will come, inspiration will flood in and you are on your path to an unusual discovery.

Reason why most people say BPlan is not necessary is because they prefer to gamble. And who will blame anyone for that? It is their funds. But, where you need equity participation, be ready to contend with ocean of questioning. So, if you have not gone through developing Bplan, you will not be able stand right at sourcing funds. But with your personal funds, you can gamble with it.

Knowledge is better compare to ignorance. Knowledge is cheap, ignorance is expensive! If you want to go far as a business person, have a business plan before market demands for it. Thanks
