They always say "you were the fastest" or the "luckiest" Sperm. and science has proven the fastest sperm does not always fertilized the egg.

some sperms might missed their way, while others get stranded on the egg with no clue. the last sperm might be lucky to find it ways in first.

and also

Sex is determined by the sperm. So, if a
sperm carrying an X chromosome hits
the egg first, it will produce a female. If
a sperm carrying a Y sperm hits the egg
first, it will produce a male.

But doesn't each cell carry the same DNA as all the others? Is this not the case for all of the eggs in the female, too?.

Is every sperm cell a little different from each other? Or does it not matter? Does every cell contain
the same potential to make "you" as you
are now? Or a you inside but different sex? Or could you have ended up different entirely if a different cell reached the egg? will it be another individual if another sperm get there first?

and also we learnt that a single sperm can makes up a twin's or triplets or even more. with every baby different individual and entirely different from each others looks and behaviour. what then make them who do are? therefore its not as a result of a single sperm theory that is you get there first. but it will be like another sperm getting there would still have been a clone of you?

Each sperm is unique. With unique attributes. Gender, Hair color, mental capabilities, height, etc. A different sperm would mean a different baby.
I dont think 1sperm makes two or 3 babies. Its the egg that divides after fertilization and clones itself to create twins. That is why we sometimes have those conjoined twins. The egg did not divide properly.
