Do you think employers are usually bias when it comes to the hiring process? like the tend to hire more of attractive people ( especially ladies) than the less attractive ones?

Many of us will agree that this is true to some extent. As unfair as it sounds, we come across this very often. There has been cases of employers strictly hiring attractive ladies for a particular role in their company

i think it is true! actually attractive people have an edge over the less attractive ones during job interviews
