Job Description:

Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
Identify and handle customer enquiries completely, and accurately.
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
Update customer data and produce activity reports, online and offline.
Educate customers about products and services and direct them towards available resources for self-help.
Complete necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions.
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customer's expectations.

Job Requirements:

Age: Maximum 30years of age.
Minimum of OND/HND or Degree in any relevant field.
A good practical knowledge of customer service procedures.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in customer care service sector
Excellent time management skills required.
Ability to manage large amounts of incoming calls.
, Outstanding telephone skills.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and courteous demeanour.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent problem-resolution skills.
Strong computer savvy skills.
Good observation and presentation skills
