Love to the World Initiative has been nominated for two awards by a UK based TV station (Fancy TVChannel) and a Christian Youth based organisation in Nigeria.

The award, which is coming at a time when Nigeria needs to appreciate those who are working tirelessly in bringing peaceful and religious tolerance, has received positive appreciations from all walks of life.

According to Christian Youth For Peace And Development Initiative, a non-governmental organisation, constituted with the aim of promoting socio-cultural and religious harmony towards sustainable peace and development, it said the trustee of the organisation in collaboration with the leadership of the youth wing of Christian association of Nigeria (CAN), the 19 Northern States and the FCT have keenly observed the unparallel contributions towards the promotion and sustenance of peace, security and inter religious harmony in Nigeria and deservedly nominated Love to the World Initiatives as the ‘Pillar Of Love And Peace In Nigeria’.

Reacting on the development, the president, Love to the World Initiative, Josephine Anumbor Abraham explained that she finds it difficult to key into some events because of the theme of their awards, but she has seen that the awardees were carefully selected based on their selfless service and dedication to the cause of peace and unity in Nigeria.
