Take note, the circular by CBN states that stamp duties will be charged for only all third party DEPOSITS, that is deposits made by any person other than you(and not withdrawals) made into savings account starting from JANUARY 2017(AND NOT OCTOBER OR NOVEMBER) as stated by all diamond bank customer care officials.
