So the arm rest of my front passenger seat was dangling and at a free fall , so i needed to fix it with out breaking the bank . Its an easy fix, 30mins or less job depending on which side the arm rest is located and on what seat .

First job is to remove the whole arm by turning it counter clockwise, you need to roll it a couple of times (i like the way you roll, see as you control it... ), the arm will come off detached be careful once the arm comes off, there are plastic thingy all over ensure not to disarrange or get them lost, it can become an issue ooo.

using the appropriate arm, where the arm attaches to the seat, use one hand to push the cloth away from the metal and put your fingers inside from the front to feel for a 10-1.25M lug-nut, if not there, you need to go and buy ooo

to make things easier, you need to remove the cloth a little from the detached arm, there is a zip at the bigger curved end, unzip, split the cloth and let the nut show face

you need something strong to hold the lug-nut in place and a wrench\spanner to turn the bolt back to position, this is where the work is, before bolting, the hidden part of the cloth has to be worn on it back while leaving the one that covers the nut until the job is fully done

After bolting, check for easy up and down movement, if satisfied, you have done a very nice job, put back the arm cloth cover, zip-up and enjoy a comfortable sitting and a lovely arm rest.
