We are recruiting for the post of Business development manager. Find the job role below:

The business development manager is expected to achieve the following:
1) Identify specific prospects/partners to approach and effectively communicate the specific value proposition for the partner’s business and use case.
2) Determining and driving overall strategy for Partner-drivers recruitment and engagement.
3) Recruiting car leasing /rental /sales companies as partners on GLT
4) Working closely with the General Manager on business expansion and also introducing new innovations.
5) Prepare and give business reviews to GLT senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption of GLT by riders and transport partners.
6) Provides regular competitor activities and suggests counter measures.
7) Develops and executes strategies for Partnerships with companies, hotels and other businesses.
Securing key partnerships that will enable GLT to accelerate growth in GLT riders and driver-partners and also increase supply available on the GLT platform via auto manufacturers and vehicle financiers

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in relevant role (Ride-sharing company is an added advantage)
• Experience with establishing, maintaining and leveraging senior level relationships.
• Ability to fuse business, strategy and planning to achieve result.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment is a must.
• Understand how to work efficiently and how to influence without exerting direct authority.
