I got my first job after service thru them, their test comprised of general maths n English Questnz as at Wen I wrote in 2015.
mine wasnt business dev though.

They take half your salary.

Taking a percentage of your salary for the first month should be when they outsource you to a third party company/client.
However, if you are employed directly to work with them, you take your pay completely.

Just make sure you meet up with your monthly appraisals scores.
