Thousands of favelas residents were displaced during construction of the Olympic venues, and the favelas that were supposed to be improved ahead of time have only gotten worse.

After spending Billions of Dollars to host the games-I pity their citizens.

Third World Nations are the same-NO MAINTENANCE CULTURE.

Same thing with naija. Them go erect beautiful structures(from boreholes,roads to stadia,airports etc) without any plan for maintenance.

For a nation to be great(belong to the developed world) their orientation coupled with mentality in their perspective of Life needs to be change-greatness is simply a state of mind.

they should have leased it out to private companies ..
