Anime title: Demi-chan wa Kataritai

Based on: A manga of the same name by Petos.

What is it about?

The story takes place in an age where demi-humans, more casually known as "demis", have slowly started to become accepted into human society. Tetsuo Takahashi is a biology teacher who ends up teaching three such demis, hoping to understand more about them while also managing to catch their attention.(Wikipedia)

The three demis are

Hikari Takanashi, a rather energetic and noisy but kind.....vampire.
Kyōko Machi, a shy but nice dullahan (head detached from body, with flame in place of neck.)
Yuki Kusakabe: a very shy , reclusive yuki-onna (snow woman)

and as it turns out, one of the staff members is Sakie Sato....who is a succubus.

What I like about this anime:

Teaching isn't an easy job. And the hard part is getting to know and helping your students. Takahashi-sensei is a biology teacher who is interested in demi research. But....as he interacts with the demi students of his class...he also gets an added bonus of getting to know them, and talking to them about their problems....and doing his best to help them out.

There is a moment in the fourth episode of the anime, where he meets Kusakabe Yuki outside his office, crying because two other girls in her class had been saying nasty things about her behind her back.He asks what is wrong...then hugs her. And eventually (with Hikari's help) gets to tell the students that what they have been doing was wrong.

And then there is Machi, who being a dullahan (head separate from the body) is worried about how she would be able to find love after graduating. By taking her on a ''date''....her teacher helps her to see that it might not be much of a problem as it seems.

There is also Hikari, who may be a bit of an annoyance, and can be too energetic for her own good (her first scene in this anime had her standing outside the school the night before day 1 of the first term waiting for school to open....weird)....but who loves her friends, her sister, and always has your back, no matter what.

And there is Sakie Sato, the succubus...who as a result of being a succubus cannot be too close to any male...because it might cause problems....and as a result does not have a boyfriend/is single...largely because she ain't sure if any man would like her because of her, or because she is an attractive succubus....and who likes her colleague Takahashi-sensei because he appears to be the first male not too affected by her presence.

All in all, it is a very interesting anime....which every anime fan must watch.
