Hi everyone in the hus pls advice me on what to do on this matter.i did 50k money transfer with my Atm card from my fidelity bank account to my first bank account.50k was debited from my fidelity account and am yet to receive it in my first bank account since 30th Jan and d money has nt been reversed.av called trueserve gone 2 d bank.yet dey keep posting me.Am tired Cos I rily needed that moni

Daniel, we dey house oooo. 50k no bi small money oooo. I had a similar issue and it was resolve by their Tweet Force. Go on their twitter account - @fidelitybankplc am sure the issue will be addressed ASAP.
