20s
The 20s is the best time for your skin. The skin is plump and firm, there is good skin elasticity, and the skin cells grow fast. Your skin is supple due to collagen support. Whatever sun damage you may have has not yet started to show!!
But don’t take it for granted. To keep wrinkles at bay and protect collagen fibers follow a good C/T/M routine and protect your skin from environmental damage with SPF 30 or higher. If you are acne-prone, Zinc oxide formulas are nonclogging and nonirritating.

30s
In your twenties, you made collagen faster than it broke down. Now, topical vitamin C will energize fibroblasts, the cells that make collagen, to induce them to produce more. Microdermabrasions and chemical peels will also help stimulate collagen at this stage. It can also help with dark spots and fastens the cell rejuvenation process.A nightly retinoid will help in reversing early photo damage and boosting collagen production.

40s
Loss of collagen happens due to the fluctuation in estrogen levels. Deeper wrinkles appear with sagging skin. Skin becomes dry and dull. The first thing you need in 40s is a heavier moisturizer. Now this is the time to start with a nonablative laser, like Fraxel to deal with sun spots.

50s
You show major signs of aging in the first 5 years after menopause. The best you can do to stimulate your collagen production is to use vitamin C serum, a retinoid, and an SPF. The obvious change in this stage is hollows under the eyes and at the temples, as well as jowling. Fillers with Hyaluronic acid can plump up those areas and increase skin's collagen production by stretching fibroblasts.
Be sure to check in with your dermatologyst twice a year to check your overall skin health and assess your satisfaction with your skin routine. You may also want to discuss or explore the idea of in-office treatments, such as laser therapy or injectables.

60s and beyond
During your 60s, you may notice a further breakdown in collagen and volume, which can lead to deep lines that affect your overall facial appearance. This is the phase when your skin is likely to become more sensitive. A topical soother, such as argan oil, will calm skin. The most important thing is to keep skin hydrated and continue to use products with antioxidants to help protect against free radicals.

Most brands have come up with their own version of the serum with hyaluronic acid, so there are many options in the Indian market today. The other day I read about the serum on the website https://www.simis.world/ . I realized how amazing this ingredient is and how this small molecule can easily be absorbed into the skin.

The main facial skin care is light or nourishing creams, as well as fluids and emulsions, or see more information here https://askskinexpert.com/ . Spread day and night products over the skin without stretching it. Recall that some basic treatments include substances that can increase the photosensitivity of the skin. For this reason, they are used only at bedtime.
