I am a Corp member serving in one of the north central state. I will be very grateful if someone can suggest to me how to go about this. looking at the code Lagos state initiative where center and HUB where provide by the state government and specialist where also available to train youth in computer programming so I felt and suggest to come up with this idea in this state where am currently doing my youth service as my CDS project. The problem now is that how can I make youth of this state see the need to go into learning computer programming codes looking at the low level of education in this state of which training centers will be provided in all the local government areas of the state.
Note: this program will be sponsored by the state government. I have already discussed it with the permanent secretary ministry of science and technology in the state and I was encourage to come with the way forward on how make the youth key into it. please I need your suggestion and advice. Thanks
