Nigerian rich kids are known to live a life of affluence which at times their extremely rich fathers do not have the luxury of time to enjoy.


They do not stay at home and enjoy the services of their cooks, drivers etc but they also, travel in private jets but they spend quality time with their friends, go on yachts cruise and go on holidays at their preferred destinations.

NAIJ.Com Gossip, took a look at the lifestyle of rich children of Nigerian millionaires and business moguls. These persons include Tomiwa Fayose, Adebola Gbenga-Daniel, Seyi Tinubu, Uzodinma Iweala, Princess Funke Adedoyin Deola Sagoe and Olamijuwonlo Akala.

1. Tomiwa Fayose:

Son of Ekiti state’s governor, Tomiwa Balogun has been listed as one of the rich kids of Nigerian millionaires. Tomiwa is never afraid of showing off his latest assets on social media, as he is enjoying the rewards of being a son of the sitting Governor of Ekiti state. According to research, the young man is a lover of exotic cars and recently purchased a Porsche.

However, all Governor Ayodele Fayose’s sons Joju, Rogba, Nigba and Boluwatife try so hard to keep a low profile away from the public eye but they shuttle between Nigeria and Europe, as they return to the country anytime the need be.

It could be recalled that Oluwajomiloju Fayose was arrested and locked up many months back by the Dubai authorities for money laundering running into millions of naira, however, his father was quick to come to his rescue as he debunked the whole rumour.


2. Adebola Irede Daniel:

He is one of the children of the former governor of Ogun state, Gbenga Daniel. He recently bagged a Masters with distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University College London.

Adebola became paraplegic at age 5 but went on to become the best student in his career even amongst the physically fit.He chooses a most tedious course of study, bagged a BSc Mech Engr. from University of SURREY and went on to UCL for his Masters.He is also an inspirational speaker.

Despite being physically challenged, Adebola Daniel, has begun a foundation to press for equity and fairness to the physically challenged individuals in Nigeria, in order to put an end to discrimination against people living with disabilities in the country.

Adebola is also a look-alike of his father, who did not let his father’s wealth get into his head as he created a name, brand and business for himself not minding his disabilities.

3. Seyi Tinubu:

Aside from the political lifestyle of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, only a few know that the All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, has a son who is an ardent polo player, Seyi Tinubu.

Seyi Tinubu who is a trained lawyer, has the aspirations of improving the ways of life of youths and the underprivileged in Nigeria, hence, the creation of a non-governmental organization called TELD.

He sits atop the Bola Tinubu Foundation, Loatsad Global Services Limited, a foremost outdoor advertising company in Nigeria and many more.

As part of enjoying his father’s wealth, Seyi Tinubu got married to his Lebanese fiancé, Layal Holm in August 10, 2016 and the wedding ceremony was staged far away in Lake Como, Italy and also had in attendance the Crème-de-la- crème all over the world.

4. Uzodinma Iweala:

Uzodinma Iweala is the son of popular Nigerian politician who served two terms as Finance Minister and previously managing director of World Bank, Okonjo Iweala.

Aside from depending on his mother’s popularity and wealth, Uzodinma is an author and physician. His debut novel, Beast of No Nation, is a formation of his thesis work at Harvard University, United States of America (USA). He did not stop there but went further and turned the book into a movie which fetched him world recognition and several awards.

The young man who has carved a niche for himself in the movie industry was once rumoured to have engaged popular Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji. Uzodinma also gained grounds in the White House, as he was invited to speak to a panel about ‘Child Soldiers’.

5. Princess Funke Adedoyin:

Princess Funke Adedoyin, the daughter of frontline industrialist, Chief Samuel Adedoyin of Doyin Group of Companies, has served the nation two times as a minister in the administration of former President Olusegun Obasanjo between 1999 and 2007.

The mother of one has never been married but she is rich and powerful. When she was asked whether she intended to marry in the nearest future she only curtly remarked that she was in a relationship and that her son, who is a teenager is the centre of her world.

Following her father's tutelage, Funke was also the former minister for Woman Affairs.

6. Deola Sagoe:

Deola Sagoe, daughter of Chief Michael Adeojo, the former chairman of Toyota Nigeria Limited, is a woman who was born into money but has carved a niche for herself in the fashion industry. Deola is a fashion designer who has rocked the country and caught the eye of the international fashion community.

She is a mother of three who has refused to remarry after her marriage to Kofi Sagoe hit the rocks some years back. Friends of Deola have said she is married to her job and her creative mind is working 24/7 to have time for any marriage.

7. Olamijuwonlo Akala:

Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala, the handsome first son of ex-governor Alao Akala of Oyo State, is gone on a spending spree. The Lead City University graduate has embarked on three multi million naira projects: a palatial private mansion at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, an haulage business with heavy trailers in his kitty and the establishment of a record label which already has some notable artistes on board which is located in Surulere, Lagos

Ola, as he is fondly called by his pals, was said to have embarked on the projects even while his father was, still in office. It would be recalled that during Alao-Akala’s tenure, Olamijuwonlo enjoyed life to the hilt. He had the latest cars and lived life to the fullest. In fact, he had his personal office inside Agodi Government House while his father held sway as the state’s helmsman.

Many who are close to Alao-Akala know Ola is his favourite among his children, being first son. Alao-Akala’s permutation then was for Ola to contest for the House of Representatives seat on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party. However, Olamijuwonlo is married to one of the daughters of the Nigeria’s billionaire and business mogul, Hadiza Okoya.
