Health Minister, Prof. Isaac Adewole paid a working visit to the Yangoji Leprosy Community in Kwali Area Council Abuja. The minister said there is absolutely no reason any persons with leprosy should be discriminated against. Leprosy remains a major epidemic in the North, instead of the leaders to find a sustainable cure for it they prefer to give alms (as Zakat) to the victims who resort to begging. 1 Like |
