Our client, a reputable Real Estate Company is looking for sales agent to help continue to provide the best in real estate services.
JOB FUNCTION:
 Marketing and sales of the company’s products and services
 Implement business planning strategy
 Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
 Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
 Execution of market penetration plan and marketing program
 Develop various sales strategies in ensuring sales targets are achieved.
 Weekly preparation of sales reports
 Production of feedback on potential sales leads and sales presentations to team members and superiors
JOB REQUIREMENT:
 OND, HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences and any related discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class honours.
 Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
 A candidate must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
 Good communication and negotiating skills.
 Ability to work without supervision.
 Ability to work with co-professional from different nationalities.
 Fluency in English at working levels.
