Ignore the first few responses you got. Some people tend to miss out on good opportunities because they are in the habit of writing it off the moment they see it.

I think you should attend the test. There's no way to tell if this is a Graduate Trainee position or a Counter position, or even a marketing position. But you'll never know if you ignore it. Plus FCMB sent you this email (@fcmb.com), not Workforce (@workforcegroup.com), so there is the possibility that it might be more than what people are making it out to be.

So try it out and see for yourself. If you like what you see, go ahead with it. And if not, it's still all good. Either way, good luck.
