Due to the rising case of domestic violence in the country, Nigerian singer, Smash of Bracket music group has advised women to start using scissors on men who turn their wife to punching bags and still sleep with them.

Despite individual protest and NGO’s raising awareness about Domestic Violence, stories of women getting battered still hit the frontpage on a daily basis.

This prompted the Nigerian artiste, to speak out saying women should protest themselves if found in such situation.
