since Android don't have options to barrier all voice calls and allowed only SMS.

in time past one can find this setting in previous phones. I want to change receive call number and wants only bank alert with this number from now on. and though I might to make calls with the number.

any app on play store will say number busy or call rejected. I need something not reachable or unavailable at the moment.

As a matter of fact, no app can tell your caller "not available or switched off" when your phone is switched on. Once the phone has network access, it can't say it's switch off.


You as well receive your alerts by email, then switch off the phone entirely.
