Talking about challenges, they are problems that can be subdued in one way or the other. It comes in different faces, sometimes it is just a competition you are open to use your ability and strength to overcome or justify self, sometimes they are problems that each and every individual face at a particular point in life. Some problems are normal or inherited, while some happens as a result of consequences of past mistakes, some happens due to economy and societal influence, some are goals you set to achieve with all efforts.

One thing is for sure, everyone; no matter who you are, poor, rich, young, old, faces challenges of which each has to know the right way out. The most difficult part of it is when you don’t know how to accept and manage challenges to overcome.

Personally, one thing I tell myself whenever am facing challenges are the word “it will pass". Always know that whatever you are facing now will surely pass even if it breaks you, bend you or move you, it will surely pass so far it does not take your breath away.

The common problems of the poor is lack of money, poverty, sickness, and more while for the rich common problems like stress, too much responsibility, expensive sickness so to say, sometimes lack of time to even care for themselves and more.

Overcoming challenges is solely based on mental strength and ability. Have once had a friend/roommate in school who find it very had to deal with being broke. She morns and cry whenever there is no money to spend while on the other hand I usually set my mind to believe that there will always be a way out of every situation so I hardly react even when is at the extreme. Broke or not broke! Here we are now and those times are gone.

Here are ways to overcome to challenges
Accept and embrace it
Accepting challenges is a mode of facing reality; this will do a lot of good. Blaming and causing others is a waste of time. Whatever happens to you is your responsibility. Come to think of it, whenever we have good things happening to us we find it hard to give other people the credit but we tend to find who to blame for problems. Motivate yourself and face it head on, it’s better in the sense that it saves you more time in creating a solution.

Be thankful
In whatever situation we are, we need to be thankful for life especially when you are still breathing. You are better than some and some are better than you, it’s the philosophy of life. It’s okay if you not satisfied with your position but we still have to show gratitude for life that gives hope of a better future. This opens opportunity to see how you can leverage on what you have presently to derive a positive solution.

Create time to think straight
The greatest problem is when you don’t even know you have a problem (ignorance). Solution begins at the point you discover you have a problem as there is no problem without a solution. Creating time to state out your problems and possible ways you could go about it is the best way forward. It might be slow or fast but either ways, derive the best solution for growth without cutting corners last longer.

Be self-confident
Be rest assured that no matter the situation, no matter the huzzles and buzzles, you will get there once you are determined. It’s not too far when you put your mind to it. People can discourage you, tell you there is no more hope for you but you have to believe in yourself once you are on the positive track. Be motivated, stimulated for your own breakthrough. Lack of confidence, retains you in the same position without moving forward even when you have great plans and values embedded inside.
