Am researching how to garnishee the Single Treasury Account or Consolidated Revenue Fund account at CBN.

I was shot by a drunken police man in 2011 and i lost the use of my right hand till date except reconstruction in India. I got judgement through Federal High Court in 2015 and ganishee process started since 2016 till date. Most banks we garnisheed said the police does have accounts with them. I discovered during my research a federal account called TSA/CRF.
