An inferno has engulfed a filling station in Nibo Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
According to nghubs correspondence, an inferno which started around 2:45pm engulfed Nnanedu filing Station in Nibo but with the swift intervention of the fire service, the fire was contained.

Okorie Chidiebele narrating the incident said

“A tanker came to discharge diesel all of a sudden there was fire outbreak which got the tanker burnt

“Glory be to God who used the driver to avert some damages

“the driver on noticing the fire rushed into the tanker and drove it out of the filling station so as not to cause much damages to the environment like burning of the filling station,houses n shops. There this two storey building that is being used as hospital very close to filling station even the curtains on the windows of the hospital was affected by the fire can u imagine what would have happened if not the mighty hand of God that was at work

“i also thank God for anambra state fire service although they came little bite late”
