My 500gb seagate hard disk, is not opening when plug to the system despite that it's spinning, some engineer say it has crashed, have you recover files from crashed hard disk? Please drop suggestions or You know who does hard disk recovery? Pls help with their contact,

Thanks for your comment buy a new one can be easy, but he recovery file gathered for 5years is a challenge

Hi, Ardedaryor, I am sorry for what happened. You can try some data recovery software like Recuva (for windows: https://www.piriform.com/recuva) to recover files from hard drive. If your hard drive can't be detected, you'd better contact the hard drive supplier - Seagate for help. But the price depends, and in most cases, it could be costly.
