18-year-old year one chemical engineering student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST ), Adwoa Agyarkwa, has been found dead in her hostel room with a rope around her neck.

No one knows what exactly caused the tragic death of the daughter of New Patriotic Party (NPP) legislator for Asante Akim Central Constituency, Kwame Ayimadu-Antwi, however, there are reports that she failed one of her courses and couldn’t bear the shame hence the s*icide leaving behind a note reading: “am sorry to disappoint you mummy and daddy’.

The body has been deposited at KNUST hospital in Kumasi as investigations begin.

However, fresh reports reveal that Miss Adwoa Agyarkwa Ayimadu killed herself following rumors her boyfriend is going out with another lady on campus. Earlier reports had stated that she hanged herself after failing a course during the previous semester’s examination.

According to mynewsgh.com, students who spoke to their journalists confirmed the misunderstanding between the deceased and her ex-boyfriend.
