You people dont know anything. This is how bags are handled 90% of the time in all airports. USA- i have seen and done. Only new workers handle bags like babies.
The ramp agents ( who handle bags) have a time factor to work with. Mostly 35 minutes.
DONT PUT FRAGILE ITEMS IN YOUR CHECKED BAGGAGE UNLESS ITS PREMIUM INSURED.
