Repeat offender, showing no sign of penitence. You can tell if he's let off the hook he'll go back to his "business". I'm not sure he deserves to live. The police is also complicit. How can you say a kidnapper/rapist/fraudster compensate his victims? How do you even think he gets the money to compensate? Some heads need to roll wherever he was previously arrested. In the meantime, waste the bagger. |
