Thinkin about buying share coz some share might go up after december according to my investigation, wat did nairalanders suggest? |

if you move further down ifo, which is just a 20 minutes drive from Sango, you can get lands as cheap as #300,000 or #350,000 its advisable you throw your money into land, my life would have been a lot more better if I havent spent millions on oceanic shares 2 years ago. buying shares is like intentionally wasting your money, better you throw a party this december and blow the entire funds. |

Short term = Shares (if u can get bargains) Long Term = Land (depending on the area and projection) |

thaddeus99: You have just hit the nail on the head. 150K investment for 7 months. 1. Investing in Land is out of it. 2. Investing in shares just for 7months is a win or lose situation and bearing in mind that you would later need the money for a project, I would advise you dont risk it. 3. I would rather advise you keep your money save for the project. Probably put it in a Fixed Deposit Account and roll it over for 7 months. |

150k for 7 months? Trade with it e.g sell bags of pure water, fried chips, e.t.c ;hire guys and send them to the streets with loads of consumables; don't invest in land or shares Revert on aw it goes and we'd stack u up with more knowledge good luck bruv |
