This photo has been trending on Facebook after a Facebook user shared it and called the young lady 'ugly.' The photo is from the Miss Ihiala pageant contest, where the young lady emerged as the winner.

From my personal observations, I do not think the lady is ugly, but her hair is poorly made out and the quality of the picture is poor.
