Since present F.C Barcelona’s Manager Luis Enrique announced his intention to step down from his position at the club, the search for his successor has been frantically on-going and many notable names have been associated with this prime job.

One of such names is Sampaoli who currently manages F.C. Sevilla. This amiable manager got a real boost recently as Barcelona legend Hristo Stoichkov got behind his nomination by saying he feels Sampaoli is the right man to replace Luis Enrique as the one in charge at Camp Nou.

The present Barca Manager Luis Enrique announced after Wednesday’s 6-1 victory over Sporting Gijon that he will step down at the end of the season after three years as the Catalans’ head coach.
