Job description

Oversees Standards, Methods, and Procedures for Inspection and Testing Dept. Managing day to day activities of Quality Assurance Department personal.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Generates Inspection Work Instructions, Processes and Procedures.
Experience in audit activities.
Represents the Organization during first article inspections and Customer reviews.
Investigate and initiate corrective/preventative actions as required.
Provides data analysis for Statistical Process Controls (SPC) including Root Cause Analysis.
Teams with other supervisors and leads to ensure product requirements are met.
Foster and maintain professional and productive relationships within organization.
Ability to work in a self directed manner within loosely defined situations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of ISO-9000 requirements, AS9100 experience a plus.
IPC-A-610 &/or J-STD-001 preferred.
Ability to read and understand electronics circuit diagrams, components and their functions
Knowledge of SPC methodology.
Ability to lead and participate in organizational performance and goal setting.
Computer Skills

Physical Requirements

The employee frequently is required to talk, hear, see, sit (extended periods of time), stand, walk, bend and reach (both above and below the shoulder) and moving, carrying and lifting objects as needed.

Remuneration:
Salary: N1.2 million – N1.44 million per annum
