4. AS templates 2035 - This is a responsive multi-use template. AS Templates 2035 is best suited for blogs, business or corporate websites. As far as I know the template is currently free to use.

5. JA minisite (premuim) - is the only premium paid for template in this group, costs as high as $59 (almost N20k). And is compatible with Joomla 1.5, 2.5, 3 and above. The template can be used for multiple purposes ranging from corporate sites to personal blogs. You would find it pretty flexible for your usage.It comes bundled with 5 complimentary extensions and is Powered by a robust T3 Framework 2.

6. Ju Cobles - is a simple to use Joomla template with Ju cobles template has flash header with square loading effect. tried it on some sites we worked on and was good. Unlike certain Joomla templates out there, it is Mozilla/Firefox/IE/Safari/Opera Friendly. Current/premium versions are mobile responsive and have flash header features.
