The Cleaner Lagos initiative is here to stay! It's main goal is to rid Lagos of all its haphazardness. It is now being made mandatory that all structures on sewage systems without approval from the office of the drainage services will be domolished. From top to bottom, this new law holds everyone accountable, no one is left out and there will be consequences of non-compliance.
