I heard that buying estate house is the worse thing that could happen to a man. That the house owners pay money monthly upto the tune of #100 k and more for maintenance to the estate management team . Is it true? |

delishpot: It is not true.Maybe they do that in some places but, For Wemabod Housing Estate,the buyer doesnt pay any amount for maintenance .Individual owner maintains his or her property.It is not annually.Luckily ground rent has been cancelled by Lagos state government even for Wemabod housing estate which is Federal Government land.The owner pays Land Use Charge which is less than #5,000 per annum.Other maintenance costs are determined by the all buyers jointly per month in terms of security,cleanliness of common roads and set-backs.Thats all |
