I have a complaint on firstbank. Whenever there is a failed interbank transfers, first bank never returns the charges of N105.And whenever I call their call centre, they say it will be forwarded to the appropriate department but the money of N105 is never returned. As I speak,N100,000 was transferred to an Ecobank yesterday from first bank using their mobile banking.,transfer failed yet money not refunded to my account even after they promised 24hours later. Help beg first bank o especially on the inter bank charges that is never returned on a failed transaction unlike other banks that return the N105 on charges

You forgot to mention the non refund of numerous failed airtime top ups and failed cable TV subscriptions.
