This picture was taken in Aba by Sahara Reporters, they said it's a magistrate court 7 in Aba Abia state. Why would a magistrate court be in such a dilapidated state. How do they keep their files and other documents safe considering the fact that the roof is open. Who is responsible to carry out repairs and keep the court room in good shape. Abia state!!!! only number one state alphabetically but last in terms of infrastructure. |
