The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that the results of the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), will now be released 60 days after the exams.
The Head of National Office, WAEC in Nigeria, Olu Adenipekun, stated this during the Council’s 65th anniversary celebration, which began on Thursday in Lagos.

He said the waiting days will now be 60 days as against the usual 90 days.
“All hands must be on deck to ensure that the innovation, tagged: `Project 60’, is effective from this year.
