I developed http://padypady.com as a profit base online network for music makers, music lovers, online geeks and the gossip dudes.

We’ve been online for a year & 2 months.

How good a programmer are you becos I have some very good ideas that need d services of an innovative, sound app developer?

Nice but a few things. Your homepage gives confusing vibes. I like the call to action but next thing I see is 3 songs from people that are obviously not clients and then all of a sudden it's like I'm going through my twitter feed. I see that you might have noticed this hence the red bar. The red bar does not look clickable nor contains any micro interaction.
It's almost midnight. I might continue tomorrow. BTW, what stack is your site built on?
