A food and beverage company located in IBADAN new a production team leader in food processing and preparation.
Job Description/Function

Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage product,ensuring production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards in accordance with standard operating procedure(SOP) , NAFDAC,SON and other government agencies.
Responsible for coordinating shift, arranging schedules, and monitoring employee performance.

Ensure that plant operates in a cost saving manner in regards the team leader will suggest, implement cost saving ideas aim to reduce the operational cost , waste and re-woks of products.
Ensure that man hours are fully utilize to the maximum level of efficiency , will think of ways on how to prevent loss of time , therefore line supervisor will think ways on how to utilized the time of their team specially during maintenance work on machine and other unprecedented downtime.

Experience: At least 3-5 years’ experience in food and beverage industry or in manufacturing setting operations or food processing industry, Experience in the implementation of Food Safety Management System and HACCP System. Knowledge in food safety standard and other statutory requirement and other international standard.

Academic Qualification:
BSc/HND in Food Engineering (Bio Medical or Food Engineering with Relevant Experience),BSc/HND Science Laboratory Technology/Food Technology

Skill/Training:
Hands on training on operations of the following equipment: Mixer, Process Tank, Clean in Place (CIP), Pasteurizer. Trained operator in preparation of food and beverage products using process equipment. Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
