Airtel Has Discontinued The 1GB For N100 Weekend Data Plan by Reediano(m): 4:05pm On Mar 20, 2017

The Airtel weekend data plan has always been a life saver especially for those who likes to download large files and also stream movies or weekend matches. But now, Airtel has decided to put a stop to the plan.

The weekend plan which use to give users up to 1GB of data for just N100 use to be one of the most affordable data plans as you can even accumulate it, but now Airtel has decided to discontinue it for reasons best known to them. The *474*1# code which is used for subscribing now brings an error message.

Now that the Airtel weekend plan is no more, the best thing is to look for alternative plans. Unfortunately, the only available weekend plan aside Airtel is the Etisalat Weekend/Night plan which gives you 2GB at N1000 and 5GB at N2,000.
