TSmart Fashion Concept, one of Nigeria’s fastest growing fashion brands in Lagos is looking to hire a Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager among other duties will respond to customer requests and purchases on all communication channels including telephone and social media.

Responsibilities
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Providing professional service to customers and liaising with key parties including third party suppliers and other company departments.
* Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
* Respond to customer requests and purchases on all communication channels including telephone and social media.
* Responding to emergencies' notification
* Performing other related duties as required

Requirements and Skills:
* An OND or higher degree in Public Administration or any customer services related discipline.
* Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent oral and written skills
* Excellent computer skills.
* Strong relationship management skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively .
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Staying in Ikeja or its environment is an added advantage.
