The major cause of SUICIDE is DEPRESSION as a result of fruitless purposes, bullying, continuous failed attempts, business crash, poor academic performances, Heart breaks et al.

As Depression stings so deep when it catches its prey, same way there are words that can spoil its venom and heal its sores. There are five ways you can win over DEPRESSION. I will just list them below.

1] Create a Happiness bond around you that only you can/should control: Perpetual anger and bitterness are reasons people attempt suicide, they feel they are nothing to people and they lease their happiness spots to people that in turn fail/disappoint them. Let no person control your moments, Learn to incubate happiness deep inside of you to wrestle off rejections.

2] Avoid negative and foul mouthed people: There are certain gatherings or people that might want to spoil things by steadily 'yabbing' a person with some bodily deficiencies. They tend to create a name that 'pisses' the person off that he/she cries deep when they are called. Avoid those people like a plague, they will end up altering your system with much HATE. Stay with Happy people.

3] Learn how to control your EMOTIONS: mostly among teens and feeble adults, there seem to be this whole suicidal tendencies that emanates whenever their partner seems to neglect or play them down, it creates a huge disrepair in their system that they feel like or sometimes attempt to kill themselves. Always bear in mind that anything can happen in your relationship, good or bad. Don't see it as an avenue to hurt your inside, see it as an avenue to learn the hard way. Control and coordinate your emotions.

4] A Failed Business is not a dead Destiny, Pick up your crumbs,start back strong: during the Recession that hit the world,in the year 2008, a lot of organisations crashed and companies, a lot of people lost hope while a lot stood up in the face of shame and business crash. Warren Buffett, Dangote, etc took that time as a time to test the murky waters of investments. The lost a lot but hoped for a better future, in few years, Warren became one of the world richest and Dangote ended up as top 25. When there is a business crash, don't allow the funny feeling of suicide comb your thoughts and actions, explore your BRAIN BOX, utilise your contacts and so on. Resist to be defeated, start again to grow BIGGER.
