How do you work on your well being i.e. adequate health?

For this current climatic situation:
Measles & Malaria with following symptom & sign including Cold, Flu, Rash, Fever, Headache are prevalent (common).
To start with Measles;
Do you know that Vernonia amygdalina (Yoruba: Ewuro, Common Name: Bitter leaf) is very good to use as a prevention and first aid to relief the symptoms & sign associated to above mentioned diseases.

How do we prevent Measles?
It is very simple;

Materials
15-20 leaves of V. amygdalina, 25cl Red oil, Cup, Bowl, Tablespoon, Funnel, Seiver, Pestle n Morter & Sterilized empty 50cl bottle.

Preparation
1. Cut 15-20 leaves of V. amygdalina into a clean bow/cup
2. Rinse the leaves thoroughly with clean water
3. Put them inside your pestle n morter, crush n mash them very well to form paste like
4. Pour the paste into a clean seiver, place it on a clean cup, use spoon to press the residue/remaining fibres
5. Transfer/pour the collected juice of V. amygdalina in the cup into a sterilized (very clean) 50cl empty bottle with the use of funnel.
6. Add 25cl Red oil to juice inside 50cl bottle
7. Shake both together vigorously.
Now the medicine (mixture medicine) is ready to use.

How do i use the mixture?

Dosage for Prevention
Children
Age 1-3; give 1teaspoon before food in the morning, after food in d afternoon n night (i.e. three times daily)
Age 4-6; 2teaspoons, three times daily
Age 7-12; 1tablespoon, three times daily
Ensure u rub/encoat all his/her body with mixture n don't allow body dry before you re-rub the mixture.

For blood cleansing/purification
Adult
2tablespoon every 4hours, start before meal in the morning...
You will also need to rub all your body with the mixture.

COOKING METHOD
4-6 leaves of V. amygdalina with 15-20 leaves of Ocimum graticimum ( Yoruba: Ewe Efirin, Common: Scent leaves) could be cooked with soup.
