Super Eagles really missed their captain Mikel Obi in this encounter as the former Chelsea star would have been of great help in the Nigeria's midfield which lack cordination and allowed the Senegalese

4. Onazi's injury

Re: 4 Vital Things Learnt From Super Eagles Friendly Against Senegal by pcei: 10:24am On Mar 24, 2017
The injury sustained by Trabzonspor defensive midfileder Ogenyi Onazi was disastrous for the Super Eagles as he was replaced by John Ogu who failed to create a major impact in the encounter.

Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr must start looking for another versatile defensive midfielder who will rise up to the occassion when it matters.
