My company has poor network at our location close to takwa bay Apapa. We have a 60m angular beam mast and 24hrs steady power. There are over 2000 at the said location.

Can either of the stated network providers come and install their radio to improve voice and data service at the location.

Note: its expected to be a symbiotic setup, nobody is to actually pay anybody directly.
