A start-up cleaning services firm is looking to fill the position of Business Development Manager.

Key Skills: Business Development, Project Management, Client Management, Staffing and Supervisory.
Remuneration: Base Salary + Commission (productivity based)
Detailed Requirement
1. Initiate relationship with new customers (both residential and commercial) to deliver cleaning services, ensure return requests, and grow customer base.
2. Conduct market intelligence to monitor competition in order to improve service delivery and/or create new businesses.
3. Develop relationship with existing customers in order to provide support when required.
4. Handle presentation of services to new customers, conduct site visitation or inspection, and provide quotation or costing for project.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
A first degree in any field
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years Relationship Management experience
