Job Title: Web Developer
We are seeking talented and passionate developers to create engaging custom user experiences across all devices and screens on a FULL-TIME basis.

Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or related course is an added advantage.
* 3+ years web application development (mobile web skills is essential).
* Expert JavaScript and front-end technology skills: HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, jQuery,
* Good understanding of SEO optimization practices for Google and Bing search engines a plus and writing engaging, SEO rich content for blog articles.
* Passion for designing highly usable user interfaces and keeping up with latest internet and design trends.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.
* Experience creating basic graphics and logos for the web.
* Excellent written communication and verbal agility are necessary for cross-team collaboration.
* Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and solutions; obtaining system requirements from internal and external customers through verbal and written communications to identify customer’s needs, requirements and issues, conducting surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
* Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming and MVC design architecture
* Understanding accessibility and security compliance
* Strong knowledge of the common PHP and web server exploits and their solutions
* Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
* Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
* Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
* Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
* Proficiency and experience database administration using MySQL and other DBMS.
* Proficiency and experience in the use of common PHP based CMS and MVC frameworks.
* Not more than 28 years of age at the time of application
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
* Ability to write technical documentation (specifications, proposals, documentation)
* Ability to implement pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile screens.
* Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.
* A portfolio of several completed website/web application projects as well as other projects/designs. Kindly include links and/or screenshots in your application.
* GitHub account or similar with various projects is a plus.
* Must be resident in Lagos Mainland
* Successful candidates must be ready for immediate employment.


Job Title: Creative Graphic Artist

* A good first Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Advertising is preferred, with at least 2 years working experience either in a company or as an individual.

* Candidate must be able to provide a portfolio of original design and editing work commensurate to years of work experience
* Creativity and Initiative: Offer up original concepts and ideas, Create engaging content through storytelling and editing techniques
* Strong tech skills with experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and basic social media analytic tools.
* Expert ability in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign and Microsoft office skills are required.
* Ability to work longer days and weekends when needed.
* Able to follow process of team and use initiative as needed
* Ability to convey complex oral, written, photographic or ideas in attractive graphics, working with team to generate desired outcome.
* Strict adherence to size, line/weights, exact colours, etc.
* Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
* Ability to work quickly while upholding the highest quality
* A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive Good communication and presentation skills
* Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
* Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design
* Excellent design and layout skills and efficient time management skills are required.
* Confident decision maker with a demonstrated ability to act independently
* Not older than 28 years old
* Experience in ecommerce, banking and ICT sectors will be an added advantage.
* Must be resident in Lagos Mainland
* Successful candidates must be ready for immediate employment.

About the requirements, they are not fixed. Some are merely added advantages for the employee and/or company preferences. And besides, anyone who does not have a majority of these requirements should not be considered as a professional worthy of a 500k salary.

Hmm... Maybe the company is overreaching. Can you point out any 3 requirements that you believe anyone who has been developing websites or creating graphics for the past 3 years will not have? Note that we are hiring for 2 SEPARATE positions - web developer and creative graphic artist.

Oga Poster, there's nothing like age barrier in Developer roles. Just typical of Nigerian recruiters.
If you are a serious agency, you should get your own domain or corporate email or a portal where applicants would respond too just to show your agency's credibility. "217recruitment@gmail.com" looks shady.
