Is the number saved on phone, SIM, or Google account? If it's Google account it might've been synced with WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter etc so just it might still show up after deleting.. Just make sure you're signed in to your Google account on chrome then open contacts.google.com the delete it from there and you'll be good to go.

How much is it gonna cost to get a replacement my UMIDIGI power screen? It fell into a basin full of water and since then, it has been displaying different colours.
