7. Prepare documents by printing, copying, and binding.

8. Write and edit company correspondence.

9. Assist with minor technical support.

10. Act as a personal assistant to the executive team.

11. Schedule appointments and events.

12. Order for office stationery and other supplies.

13. Prepare meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments.

14. Participate in office meetings and taking meeting minutes.
